Today, I get to thank God for my amazing husband, Adey. Thanksgiving is extra special for us since I met my future husband for the first time on Thanksgiving Day 2004.
It wasn’t love at first sight, he was late for Thanksgiving lunch and I wasn’t impressed at all. I must have gotten over that as we celebrated our 6th anniversary last month.
Adey, no words can convey my heartfelt gratitude for you. You are my best friend and the dude that rocks my world.

Thank you for being patient and gentle with me. I really see the extent you go to with me; always gentle with my heart and I appreciate that.
I am thankful to you for understanding me especially when I am not making much sense. When I am in my “artistic temperament and colorful personality”. LOL.
I am grateful for this journey of serving God, living life, love and parenting that we share. You make it easy with your winning smile and gentle spirit.
