Vent To God: Get It Off Your Chest.

God cares for you, so turn all your worries over to Him. 1 Peter 5:7

If you spend your time talking to God about everything, you’ll be less likely to vent your feelings to everyone.

Want to get something off your chest?
There is nothing pretty about venting. Lashing out is ugly. Venting is a turn off and no one is listening or taking you serious. No one vents when they are happy. Venting is a negative form of expression; it accomplish nothing, only making matter worse. Calm down and take it to God. God is the perfect person to vent to, He’s a great listener and your secrets are safe with Him. Many times we speak out of our emotions without thinking, too late – the damage is done. Venting to God rather than to everyone saves us from dealing with the fall out and embarrassment afterwards.

Take your frustrations to God, not to the phone or social media. A fool gives full vent to his spirit, but a wise man quietly holds it back. (Proverbs 29:11)

The best part about venting to God is, you can actually hear yourself, and more than likely,  you may have a change of heart later. Problem solved: no one needs to know except for God.
