Spending time with my daughter, Faith, is one of my favorite things to do. It wasn’t long ago we cried to the Lord and He blessed us with 3 amazing children.
What I’ve learned is never to compare my journey with others. Our paths are different and not the same, though we may desire the same end results.
We’ve had to fight for every one of our children. You may have to fight your battles in other areas. Don’t give up on your heart desires, fight for your peace, marriages, children, and health. Fight the good fight of faith and you will surely win.
Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us. (Heb 12:1 ESV)
God is faithful. I have tasted His goodness in the land of the living. So will you. Amen!

Truth is we’ll give up on God & our journey of faith, the moment comparison sets in; in fact, in God’s word, comparison isn’t just foolish but actually is evil. Since it breeds within us a wicked heart of unbelief, defeat,creating false images of what is not & may never be, and a strong sense of not good enough,not doing enough,hence robbing us of d ability to even be grateful 4 the little we have done,dat matters much more than not doing anything at all…
COMPARISON ISN’T JUST THE SHORT CUT TO GIVING UP, IT IS THE SHORT SPOON DAT DESTROYS THE DESTINY OF MANY; anytime you are tempted to compare yourself with others, set up & compliment that person you wanted to compare yourself with and you will sure becomes better than before! We aren’t called to a race against people, we are called to run a race against time and ourselves by using every little time we have to become a better you. God never made you to become the best person you admire whosoever they are or dat person might be. God made you to become a better you, to somebody you have got to love the you that is unfolding and evolving, or else you will find urself comparing and quitting a little bit too soon! As someone once said:”…A HERO IS SOMEONE WHO HANGS ON A LITTLE..” because IF U GIVE UP, YOU WILL NEVER MEET UP WITH GOD’s STANDARD for you and may never step up to your truest destiny and potential… as Winston Churchill rightly says:”…never never never never never give up” and u will stand up to anything, anytime and even if you give up,get up and stay up because you were made and fashioned uniquely for the up and forward life, never the down and out life. DID YOU NOT READ IT in Deu28, where God said as for you” you shall be ABOVE ONLY(UP),NEVER BENEATH( DOWN)…”
